Embellish® Heat Transfer Chalkboard can be used with a digital cutter or as an appliqué fabric transforming any design into a chalk project. Once applied with an iron or a heat press, the chalkboard vinyl becomes permanent. The matte chalk surface wipes clean with a damp cloth. Embellish™ Heat Transfer Chalkboard comes with a built-in heat resistant pressing sheet. This special vinyl material is heat activated. When cutting this product on a digital cutter, mirror the design. Place the carrier sheet face down on the mat. Do not cut through the clear carrier sheet, only cut through the chalkboard material.

To weed the vinyl and to align the graphic, use the Embellish® Vinyl Weeding Tool and the Embellish® Heat Transfer Vinyl T-Shirt Centering Ruler for the best application.

The graphic shown on the bag is from Hope Yoder’s Crazy Plant Lady Collection, and the pillow plant graphic is from Hope’s Quilted Spring Table Runner Collection. The SVG files were imported into Embellish® Maker Software, and the Craft N Cut® tools were used to create the projects.
Before Laundering
Turn garment wrong side out so that chalk material is inside and protected or use a garment bag. Use a cold water temperature setting (below 40o) and low-heat for drying. When ironing, use a press cloth over the chalkboard material.
